Download the desktop shells

Demo versus purchased

1. Demo copy. Use Request a demo. The access desk emails a time-boxed login to the seeded garage. The same unsigned Setup.exe runs against Docker on the PC. Passwords are never listed on this page.
2. Purchased shop. Wrench Ops (admin :3102) already holds the tenant, owner email, plan, and MRR. An operator mints a ww1 HMAC license (secret stays on the API). The owner pastes it in Shop Settings. Data never leaves the shop PC unless they later opt into hosted Cloud SQL.
3. Ops shell. Wrench Ops .exe is for platform staff managing those customers — billing, license mint, backup policy, integration honesty. It is not a second shop UI.

• Installers are unsigned. Windows SmartScreen will warn. That is expected until an EV Authenticode certificate is purchased.
• GitHub Releases is the binary store. This marketing origin does not host 100 MB .exe files (Pages/Vercel bandwidth would cost more than GitHub).
• A private GitHub repository means the Download button may require a GitHub login. Paying customers receive the same files plus a ww1 key from Wrench Ops — they do not need the source repo.
• The shell does not auto-install updates. Help → Check for updates opens the changelog / GitHub tag.
• Shop data stays on the PC (Docker Postgres). Cloud SQL, Firebase, and Memorystore are not required for a working paid shop.
• Public CTA remains Request a demo. Self-serve trial is paused. Demo passwords are never printed on this page.
